This is my favourite salad. I love seared tuna, as do I bacon and avo, then add a sesame flavoured dressing and the pop of toasted sesame seeds and I am in food heaven!
Perfect for those on a banting diet. But oh so perfect for those who are not too!
Seared tuna and bacon salad with avocado
This really is a complete meal. High in protein, and simply delicious!

- 150grams baby butter lettuce leavesor any mixed baby leaves of choice
- 600grams tuna filletwhole
- 200grams diced bacon
- 2whole avocadosripe and cubed
- 70ml good-quality olive oilextra virgin
- 30ml sesame oil
- 50ml lemon jiucefreshly squeezed
- 1tbsp honey
- 2tbsp sesame seedstoasted
